Associate

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with large amounts of data in various, sometimes ambiguous formats. Specific responsibilities include developing statistical and financial models, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations and scenarios.

Consultant

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage project deliverables, internal resources (associates and analysts) and deliver strategic insight recommendations to drive long term client success. You will lead engagements and be responsible for advising clients on strategic issues, develop advanced business models and solve complex problems.

Analytics Associate

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with large amounts of data in various, sometimes ambiguous formats. Specific responsibilities include developing statistical and financial models, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will work on a team of two to four Associates and Consultants led by an Engagement Manager to deliver to clients every phase of engagements
  • Play an active role in developing engagement deliverables including:
    • Gathering, organizing, structuring, and manipulating information and data
    • Assisting in the creation of client deliverables such as power point presentations, financial models, and other analyses
    • Developing recommendations and communicating them clearly

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree or master’s degree
  • Less than 2 years of work experience post-graduation
  • Demonstrated leadership outside of an employment setting
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas both written and verbally
  • Strength in analytics and an aptitude for numbers and data (quantitative or qualitative)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Able to travel to the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will work on a team of two to four Associates and Consultants to deliver client outputs at every stage of the engagement
  • Developing recommendations and communicating them clearly
  • Formulating hypotheses and validating ideas through the use of frameworks, analysis, and analytics
  • Identifying opportunities and solutions to client’s problems
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge management, training, and infrastructure materials

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree with 3 to 5 years of work experience post-graduation or master’s degree with 1 to 2 years of work experience
  • Strong professional experience with a record of high achievement and managerial experience
  • Strong record of leadership in a professional setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with the ability to frame solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas both written and verbally
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to break down problems through thinking and analysis
  • Comfortable interacting with clients
