Associate Consultant

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with large amounts of data in various, sometimes ambiguous formats. Specific responsibilities include developing statistical and financial models, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations and scenarios.


The ideal candidate is someone who can manage project deliverables, internal resources (associates and analysts) and deliver strategic insight recommendations to drive long term client success. You will lead engagements and be responsible for advising clients on strategic issues, develop advanced business models and solve complex problems.

  • Take a lead role in the analysis of data and support with the implication to business strategy to develop client recommendation and strategy
  • Research and develop statistical models, financial models and sustainable processes
  • Help in preparing and presenting client deliverables


  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Advanced degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering preferred) and 2-3 years’ equivalent experience
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with at least one of the following SAS, Python, R, or MATLAB
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills


  • Oversee analysis of data and develop client recommendations and strategies
  • Develop, manage and maintain client relationships
  • Direct and supervise an engagement team to deliver high-quality results
  • Prepare and present client deliverables


  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
  • Strong business acumen with experience in project management and management
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of strategies
  • Capable of working independently and with ambiguity
  • Strong proficiency in 2 of the following tools: Excel, R, MATLAB, Python or Tableau
