Our story starts on the other side of the table.
Before founding Revenue Management Labs, Avy Punwasee and Michael Stanisz sat in the commercial and finance roles where pricing decisions got made, defended, and often left on the table.
Having worked both in industry and in consulting, they founded RML to close the gap between what clients expected from a pricing engagement and what they actually received. That meant digging deep into each client’s specific context, developing strategies that could be acted on, and staying at the table to bring those strategies to life. Those early clients came back, not out of loyalty, but because the results mattered.
Today, Revenue Management Labs is a fast-growing boutique consultancy helping businesses grow through in-depth insights, innovative pricing strategies, and practical solutions, because we’ve sat in their seat, and we’ve never forgotten it.
