Since joining the firm in 2023, he has advised leading companies, particularly in the Software and Technology sectors—on Packaging and Pricing Transformation. His recent work includes helping a B2B SaaS platform transition from a legacy à la carte model to a self-serve selling framework, and developing a CPQ model for a health-tech company addressing margin erosion. Navi holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar University, India. His blend of technical expertise and strategic insight enables him to drive measurable impact for clients navigating complex commercial challenges.
