Sanika Raje is an Associate at Revenue Management Labs with a diverse background from Big 4 across financial advisory, Indigenous engagements, business transformation, and people operations. She is deeply passionate about using data and analytics to uncover insights that drive meaningful transformations, while keeping people at the centre of all changes. Sanika holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, specializing in Management Analytics, and a BBA in Information Systems from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
